The experience was absolutely amazing, I would recommend anyone that needs a well knowledgeable person to handle there needs .

This is a really late review, I closed up my house Very beginning of February. Have a crazy month getting everything set up And what not. But this isn’t about me this is about the greatest mortgage lender I’ve ever worked with, Zach. He was absolutely phenomenal the entire way through basically did everything without needing to bother us. He got into this house a year earlier than I was expecting. That’s not even an exaggeration. I reached out just to ask him some questions and he told me about the Hometown heroes program Here in Florida, which my fiancé was able to utilize And we had no idea what was until he mentioned it. It’s a sick program that no other mortgage under even mentioned to us. He really goes out of his way to try and help you to be able to afford and do what you wanna do. He was able to handle all of the stuff flawlessly with zero hiccups as well as informing us and keeping us posted during the whole process 87/10 recommend Using him and his team They are the greatest mortgage team I’ve ever worked with. Special note to Zach- Thank you, you are a the King of Kings keep killing it!

I’m very pleased to share this review of Zach Taylor and the Loan Wolf team. Zach came to us as a referral, and he did not disappoint. He made the home-buying process easier than buying a car—truly streamlined, clear, and stress-free. He was always mindful of my time and busy schedule, yet kept me on track so we never missed a single deadline. Zach and his team were extremely proactive, communicating across all channels—email, text, and e-sign—so every critical document and update was handled quickly and efficiently. He took the time to understand our goals, especially our plan to buy and renovate our new home, and provided exceptional guidance on the best path forward. I would highly recommend Zach and the Home Wolf team for your next transaction. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care set them apart. Brad Rennick

Zach is the best!

Zach was incredible to work with!! As a listing agent representing a seller, we were working with a previous lender/mortgage broker that wasted so much time and couldn’t get the deal done for the buyer. The buyer was recommended to go with Zach and I am so grateful he was there to pick up the pieces and get this across the finish line today. Not only did he get it across the finish line, but we got a clear to close in the morning and were able to close that afternoon! On a conference call the Seller called Zach Superman - and he sure did deliver for the buyer and the seller and all parties involved!! Thanks Zach keep up the tremendous work and hopefully our next deal together will start with you from the beginning.

Zach was an absolute breeze to work with! A master of his craft, the most knowledgeable in the business, empathetic, accommodating and truly next level service. Answers the phone on weekends, after hours and was always there when I needed him. Got the best deal tailored to my specific needs and beat out every other lender I contacted. If you pick someone else you made the wrong choice. Everyone else pales in comparison and I am so grateful for the effort, diligence and opportunities Zach has created and accomplished for me on multiple purchases!

I've worked with many mortgage brokers over the years, and it's rare that one truly stands out—but this experience was exceptional. Communication was always prompt and clear, and any questions or concerns I had, Zach and his team addressed quickly and professionally. What impressed me most was the responsiveness and attention to detail. It's not often I come away from a transaction genuinely impressed, but this was one of those rare cases. If you're looking for someone who makes the process seamless and stress-free, I can’t recommend Zach and Loan Wolf Lending highly enough. An absolute pleasure to work with.

Zach and the mortgage team did an outstanding job navigating all the difficulties of our mortgage loan! My family and I went from living with family and thinking we would never be able to buy to owning our own home all because of Zach and Loan Wolf lending! I have a tendency to get anxious and worry and Zach reassured my wife and I throughout the process making it much less stressful than it could have been! And not only did he get us in the home we wanted he managed to get our closing cost covered AND zero down, and to make the deal even sweeter he worked it out so the seller paid us to buy the home!
